    • Orthopedic rehabilitation includes manual therapy (hands-on therapy performed by the physical therapist), therapy using equipment like electric waves and ultrasound, muscle strengthening and stretching exercises and at-home practice instructions.
    • The attending physiotherapist will determine the optimal duration and frequency of therapy.
    • During the sessions, patients receive instructions for at-home exercises and lifestyle/work environment adjustments.
    • Patients play a significant, active role in the rehabilitation and treatment process, and influence its outcomes.
    • For your initial appointment, please bring relevant medical documents, like x-rays and appointment summaries.
    • Bring your Maccabi card.
    • Wear comfortable clothes.
    • Children (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • Follow-up appointments will be scheduled directly with the institute.
    • After the appointment, a summary letter will be sent to your referring or family doctor.
