On weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) from 8:00 to 22:00 - at all Maccabi Dent clinics, by scheduling an appointment in advance via phone at *6300.

During regular operating hours:

Contact Maccabi Dent to schedule an appointment Sunday through Thursday from 18:00 to 22:30, and Friday from 11:00 to 13:00

 

After regular operating hours:

You can reach the medical call center for first aid services 24/7 or visit one of the three Maccabi Dent first aid centers

Refunds

A refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

  • You were referred via the Maccabi Dent call center for treatment at a public hospital
  • You are located more than 30 km away from a Maccabi Dent clinic, outside of Maccabi Dent's operating hours
  • You are located more than 30 km away from a Maccabi Dent first aid clinic (Haifa / Ramat Gan / Beersheba), outside of Maccabi Dent's operating hours
  • To request a refund, please submit the following documents to your Maccabi medical center:
  • Original receipt and invoice

A medical letter signed by a doctor, including the following details:

  • Date and time of treatment
  • Details of treatments administered
  • Cost of treatments
  • Urgency of the treatment provided
  • You can submit the documents through the Maccabi app or via Maccabi Online for amounts up to NIS 6,000. For higher amounts, you can also send documents by postal mail, in a designated envelope available at medical centers, or by visiting the medical center office.

Refund calculation:

  • Refunds will be provided according to deductible rates, as detailed in the Maccabi Dent price list
  • If the cost of the treatment performed is lower than the listed Maccabi Dent price, no refund will be provided


If you are eligible for medical treatment, reimbursement, or a deductible for medical expenses due to the following situations, the service will be provided outside of the supplementary health services framework:

  • Victims of terror and related violence recognized by the National Insurance Institute
  • IDF veterans with a disability of at least 20%
  • Traffic accident victims

If the needed medical service is not because of the aforementioned circumstances, a doctor's letter confirming this must be sent to the medical center office (branch) for approval to receive the service.

The letter can be submitted in a designated Maccabi envelope, sent by mail or emailed to the medical center. Find a medical center >
