Maccabi Pharm - Order medications online and have them delivered to your home

Maccabi Pharm offers Maccabi members the convenience of online ordering and home delivery

Maccabi members can order prescribed medications (with a digital prescription), non-prescription drugs, and other pharmaceutical products. Delivery is available to the member's chosen location or they can pick up orders from a Maccabi Pharm pharmacy.

Ordering medications in emergencies

Online ordering with Maccabi Pharm remains available.
You can place orders online at Maccabi Pharm and receive your medications via courier within 2 business days.

Please note that due to the security situation, there might be delays in medication shipments. We are working diligently to ensure your shipment reaches you as soon as possible.

• Southern residents - between Rehovot and Mitzpe Ramon
• Northern residents - from communities evacuated according to Home Front Command instructions, within 0-7 km of the northern border

During this period, medication delivery is free of charge and available wherever you are staying.

The shipping cost displayed when placing orders will be retroactively canceled, ensuring no actual charge is incurred.

If you have missing or expired prescriptions, please contact your attending physician, an urgent care physician, or the doctor on duty to renew them.

What does Maccabi provide?

• Maccabi Zahav and Maccabi Sheli members are eligible for a 50% discount on shipping costs, in addition to their basic plan benefits.

Home delivery cost - 17.50 NIS (50% discount on delivery cost in the basic plan)

Additionally, purchases over NIS 150 (excluding prescription drugs and equipment) - free shipping

Order Placement

• To place an order, a digital prescription with a validity of at least 72 hours (i.e., the prescription is valid for at least 3 more days) is required
• Visit the Maccabi Pharm website and fill in your details as per Maccabi Online
• Check medication availability at the chosen pharmacy
• Ensure you have standing order debit authorization with Maccabi for payment. Payment for drug purchases will be processed through your existing standing order in the Maccabi system
• To place an order, you'll need to complete a medical questionnaire on the Maccabi Pharm website and authorize the pharmacy and/or courier with power of attorney.
• Upon completion, you'll receive an order confirmation. Save the order number for tracking purposes.

Delivery

• Medication will be delivered to the selected location (with occasional delays)
• Updates on the delivery process will be sent to your cell phone or email on file in the Maccabi system.
• If needed, the pharmacy will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request, using the phone or email address on record.
• You can purchase medicines and pharmaceutical products for all family members (parents and children up to age 18) and have the items delivered together to your address for a single delivery fee.
• You can check the status of your order on the Maccabi Pharm website.
• Delivery times may be delayed due to the current security situation.

Updating or canceling orders

• You can update or cancel your order while it’s status is "order received". Once its status is "order in processing", the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Important information

• A digital prescription with a validity of at least 72 more hours is required
• Narcotic drugs and medications unsuitable for delivery cannot be ordered.
• Hand-written prescriptions can be ordered in advance via Maccabi Online, > on the My Prescriptions page. However, please note that adding a hand-written prescription will restrict delivery options. You will only be able to pick up the order from the pharmacy and must present the original hand-written prescription.
• Order preparation and delivery methods are at the sole discretion of the pharmacist.
• Maccabi reserves the right to change the terms of the service, including service hours, without prior notice.
• Deliveries may experience occasional delays.

All of the above is subject to the regulations of Maccabi’s supplementary health services.
